The Jaguar

last week we had to do something that we like and turn it into a poem this is my poem about a jaguar

    The Jaguar

When the darkness invites the predator rules the jungle

and the prey play hide and seek

While the predator with back black shiny fur and eyes that shine like gold, with claws as sharp as razor blades trotting through the green and brown

He hides beyond the dark shadows in the deepest part of the jungle

He is as fast as a racing car that goes - voom voom

His nose is as wet as my mother's soggy cleaning towel

He runs as fast as a cheetah and he is as stealth as a fly

  1. I really like your poem Jack, why did you choose a Jaguar? There is great description in your poem.
